Jeffrey Itepu
Co-Founder / CEO
Jeffrey Itepu leads corporate strategy, growth and investor relations. He has extensive experience in real estate development, sales strategy and market expansion, having overseen the delivery and commercialization of over 69 residential, commercial, and industrial projects across 8 states in Nigeria and international markets including the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada.
Jeffrey holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands, Italy and is an alumnus of Pan-Atlantic University, Nigeria. He also holds a Diploma in Marketing and is a Fellow of Marketers Oxford, UK.

Damilare Oshokoya leads operations, project execution and organizational performance. With over a decade of experience in real estate operations and sales systems, he has played a key role in structuring and scaling estate developments across 3 states in Nigeria, contributing to the execution of over 300+ housing projects.
He holds an MBA from Business School Netherlands and is an alumnus of Lagos Business School. He is currently pursuing a PhD in International Business at Charis University.
